This is the third week in a row that I have taken a tequila shot with the worm at the bottom!! I keep getting the same bottle of tequila every week and just killing it, can’t help myself. I love the worm

The worms are nothing! What you need to try is scorpion tequila. A bottle usually has 7-8 scorpions at the bottom that make your tongue (and everything else) numb
